Peraleja Golf is a golf and leisure development, set within the rural heart of the province of Murcia. The resort is conveniently located 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the airport (Murcia - San Javier). It is also 20 minutes from the regional capital – Murcia City – which is renowned for its architecture and of course excellent shopping area. The resort lies in the ´new golf valley´ which also boasts the neighbouring projects of Hacienda Riquelme and La Tercia.

Peraleja Golf Resort is an up market golf resort, with a Severiano Ballesteros 18 hole golf course at it's heart. There is a wide selection of property for sale, from detached villas to spacious townhouses all with a similar level of luxury finishes. The property for sale here is quite different, being very modern in design, low rise and designed to integrate into the natural surroundings.
