Lorca Resort Golf and Spa

Lorca Resort is a splendid resort with a 27 hole Golf course designed by Dave Thomas with an elaborate Spa and Wellness centre. Set within a beautiful natural landscape midway between the historic town of Lorca and the sandy Mediterranean beaches at Aguilas on the western edge of the Costa Calida Lorca Resort, Golf and Spa is located, just ten minutes east of the town of Lorca, also known as Ciudad del Sol (Sun City), which offers centuries of history, culture, an historic town centre with modern shopping facilities. It is also just 10 minutes west of the beach town of Aguilas, which stands on a coastal area of 35 kilometres and a coastline that offers many points of interest.

The Lorca resort will consist of 1800 luxury homes comprising of

apartments, penthouses, townhouses and detached villas on individual plots, all designed by award winning architect Sebastian Miarro. Lorca Resort will also feature two 5 star hotels, conference centre, a commercial centre with over 30 shops, bars, restaurants, clubhouse, 24 hour security. One third of the resort is designated Natural Park, on which construction is not allowed. This will enable residents to enjoy the unspoiled flora and fauna, whether passing through on foot, horseback or mountain bike.

The first release of properties at Lorca Resort Golf & Spa will be Las Adelfas, apartments situated frontline to the 11th hole of the golf course. All apartments have underground parking and storage, with ground floor properties also having a private, landscaped garden. Specifications include air conditioning, kitchens with granite worktops, marble bathrooms, entry phone and double glazing.
