Jardines de Taray

Jardines de Taray is an exclusive residential development, from a highly respected local company Taray. The development will be made up of a group of small private gated communities that will be set within large, beautifully landscaped grounds on the outskirts of the town of Balsicas, midway between the historic regional capital city of Murcia and the calming waters and coastal facilities of the Mar Menor, which is just a 10 minute drive away. Balsicas has a railway station where you can catch trains to many parts of Spain, including Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.

The Jardines de Taray surrounding area is home to several stunning golf courses and typical Spanish towns and villages, while the international airport of San Javier is just a 10 minute drive from the project.

The townhouses and apartments are surrounded by over 40,000m2 of gardens with fountains, green spaces with walks and a children's playground.
