DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE CURRENT PROGRESS IS AND WHEN THE LIKELY COMPLETION DATE IS PLEASE?

Hi Stoneleigh, Welcome to the forum.
 
Mar Menor 2 appears to be moving on quite well with the construction work, there are workers on site 6 days a week. Substructures for the buildings have been started, and anticipated completion is June / July 2009 but this may change.

If you have any news regarding MM2, do post it on to the forum and keep us upto date with what`s happening there.

Many thanks for that info. We bought a place there off plan in Feb 2007 so it is nice to know they have started as we were originlly told it would be finished in approx June this year! I note there are forums dedicated to other developments burt not MMGR2 - any reason why not?

Welcome to www.murcia-golf.co.uk and we hope you find all the topics and information posted on the various boards of good use to you as you progress towards completion. 

We noticed a gap in the market as it were - in that MMGR2 did not have a specific board - so we set one up after you joined and this is now a dedicated board to your development.    What we need now are more owners like yourself to join the debate and post their queries and concerns.   And, if we hear of any information about the development then we will post it here.

In the meantime, welcome to the Forum and we look forward to further news of MMGR2.

Thanks for posting the photo`s and info etc. It would appear they have commenced the apartments but not the villas (mine!) and the town houses. I wonder if the 18 months build program starts from when they start the development or the particular area where the propoerty is located???

I have heard that the Villas will be ready by the middle of 2009, work appears to be ahead of schedule and that March may be a more realistic timescale but nothing confirmed.

The apartments are ahead of the villas but the whole  site may not be complete until the end of 2009 - that is including the facilities.

Anyone going out to the MMGR 2 site soon? do update us with a report and photo`s please.
