Just wondered are there any others on this forum that have properties on La Nueva Tercia, if so please share any of your experiences?
We are on faze one and have had the house for 3 years this week.
Kevin and Carole have posted on here before, so have you had your apartment yet?
There is also a couple from our site (Mike and Dorothy) that have bought a villa on United Golf, but i don't think it will be ready til July ish 09?
They put their house up for sale when we were there in October 08, along with a few others on the site.
We are in the process of setting up our community of owners committies, the administrator has been appointed, i think there are going to be 2 or 3 separate committies.
One each for the apartments (2 blocks) and one for the houses.
As of yet we have not been asked for any monies as the site cannot be handed over by the builder until things are completely finished.

We do appreciate it is a difficult time for all of us at the moment, but i am positive things will work out. We are in a fantastic part of Spain with all the infra structure on its way eg. Roads, new Airport, some great developments etc, it's just going to take a little longer than we first thought.(Sorry to state the obvious)
We are out next week and will be up at the Condomina to watch Murcia play Albecete on Sunday evening.
