Next Visit to La Tercia

Maybe an idea for owners to post a message when they are next visiting the development,if other owners are also in Murcia around the same dates arrangements could be made to meet up at the development.

We're going to UG over the Xmas break .going out 24/12 and coming back 31/12.
Very excited to see the palm trees that seem to have sprung up there ! (Thank you bye ther way, to whoever took the recent pictures)

We would be happy to meet any other owners there at the same time.

Since Gisella has left the aftersales dept,we have found it hard to obtain any answers to our questions from the aftersales dept at United Golf.I was wondering if you would not mind asking Michel in the sales office at the development, a couple of questions for us when you visit the development.

Was there at the weekend. New people were in the Sales Office and didn't seem to be very knowledgeable. I have tried to find out from my solicitor what is going on but to no avail. Anybody got any info on the final permit for the golf course?.

Golf course is taking shape and the aqa driving range is going in.

These are the questions I have,thanks for asking them.

1.Can United Golf confirm that the golf course is being extended,to become an 18 hole course?.

2.When will  the Golf Licence been issued? 

3.Are United Golf Resorts any closer to appointing a golf management company? 

4.Are there going to be any welcome packs?. 

5.How will the site be supplied with water for human use,will the water be brought on to site by a tanker or piped onto site?.

Bad news on question asking as the sales office was closed all Xmas week!
Better news on new pictures as I took 200+ but I have to resize them and post to web site(hopefully get to it tomorrow)
They are worth waiting for as building work at UG is gathering pace and we got real close to the appartments, and it's hard to believe when we bought it was a field!
