re property priiiices at ugr

can anyone tell me if property is  going down in price at ugr  i  purchased a one bed property 2  years ago

off plan , also can someone tell me of a good place to furnish my property   at a reasonable price

I dont know whether prices are going down but I doubt propertys are sellable at the moment.
I'd recommend DFS for a visit for furniture.  They didnt push for a sale and their advice was great - they even advised us not to spend in some areas.

Hi Billy,
We also purchased a one bedroomed apartment 2 years ago at La Tercia and were there three
weeks ago I enquired about the prices and was told that there is a l bedroomed FULLY FURNISHED on
Phase 1 being sold for only 3,000 euros more Than we paid 2 years ago off plan. A little dissapointing
but we are very pleased with our apartment and look forward to the site being complete.
