I was not being mercenary I was asked by a friend to ask if anyone was selling it was a genuine enquiry at the time which was mean't to help both parties as there were people losing there properties.

As it happens with the current climate they have made a decision to wait wouldn't you?

I was only acting as a go between and feel quite put out by your comment.

angela, sorry it was just the wording "desperate" that might have been omitted in your post, sorry if ive offended, but it has attracted more "sharks" than a chub trail on the south african coast, maybe your subject would have been closed once you had posted an update as to your friends buying, or waiting, otherwise ladies like anne, who I fully sympathise with, would not be contacting you three months later, again sorry for upsetting you
