Does anyone have a list of xtra's yet..i.e shower screens, and at what point do you tell them about wanting plumbing for dishwasher.  I believe it is also possible to choose not to have the stone work in living room\?

Hi Kaz,

I believe that the after sales team are producing some kind of welcome pack which will include this kind of info. We have an answer about the shower screen as it has been asked before.

Q. Is the shower screen included?

A. The shower screen is not fitted but will be offered as an option in the future, we don't have details of this at the moment but we will inform you when we have. Dated 05/072006

I had not heard about the stone work, who told you that?

I hope this is of some help.

Gary :)

Hi Gary,

When we viewed the show flat Theresa said we didn't have to have it if we didn't want it

Hi Kaz,

There don’t seem to be many options with the apartments at the moment. During our last visit we were looking at the room layout of the Tee. At present the room is set up with the dinning table next to this rock feature. We have a Tee and want to use this corner as the main living space possibly with a corner suite, so we may consider having it removed.

Cheers
Gary  :)

I guess it's down to personal taste but I really don't like it and I feel it does limited where you can put your furniture.

Hi

We have just change from a Swing building to a tee and when my husband saw the brick feature he didn't want it. You do not want to have it if you do not want to. You must notify Teresa as soon as possible if you do not want it and it will be no problem not to have it. She also said they would NOT be fitting shower doors, they have had so many requests for different doors, trays etc. they have decided not to do anything other then the existing tray. We think they should at least put one in like the one in the show apartment. We will have to work on them about that ::)

That's a bit off...at the very least the option should be a standard door as per show apartment at a cost or nothing..then at least you have a choice

Hello All

Gisella from UGR has informed us that they received the welcome packs earlier this week, and will be sending them out shortly.

Hi

Agree with the view that we should be given the standard door or option to upgrade - we bought thinking there would be doors on the showers.

Hi All

We are completing in a month's time on another apartment - I believe UGR are not doing anything unusual in not fitting a shower door - Polaris and Roda are both supplying all the bath screens and shower doors as extras - even though they show with all in situ - its Spain!

Apologies for resurrecting an old subject!!

Our apartment M22 Block 3 in Phase 2 is now well under construction and it would seem the appropriate time to query the stone feature in the dining area with UGR once more.  We are not big fans of this stone feature.

Has anyone on Phase 1 managed to succeed in not having the stone feature or have UGR refused to make any alterations from their standard layout?

Hi David & Lesley,

If you contact John at the site, he should be able to arrange for the feature not to be fitted.

This option was offered in the past to first phase owners, at the time it was being talked about, Teresa was dealing with it.

Something worth remembering if you are a Tee corner owner, is that the room has a column in the corner, therefore the feature corner is not square as in the show apartment.
