Apartment Block Names

Hello All

Does anyone know if UGR has any plans on naming each Apartment Block?  Blocks 1,2,3 etc. sounds a little like a prison.  Anyone have any fun suggestions.

Keeping the Golf theme and name them after Professional Golfers.

The Woods, The woosnams,The José Maria Olazábal,etc, etc

or after Spanish regions..ie Valencia, extremadura??  Ok I like the wine better, a subject close to my heart...I bet we're stuck with block numers though.  ..unlucky for some.I'm in 13

Hi Everybody

We like Dave's idea of famous golfers names - after all it is a golf complex and UG are more likely to be amenable to that.  Also brings back memories of a golf club and resort we went to regularly for years where all the hotel rooms and holiday cottages were Lyle, Torrance etc etc.

Still with the golfing theme.
Instead of calling the apartments blocks,call them PAR 1,PAR 2 etc instead.After a few in the 10th in the morning you maybe well under PAR.

Well this could become quite confusing!!!!!  we could become wealthy block owners overnight - par1, par 2, maybe we could have won the lottery (ha ha)

Hi everyone.

Not golfers ourselves but how about the apartment blocks being named after the great golf courses around the world.
Just a thought after a few glasses of the red stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your on the red then you should have come up with something much more sensible than that , like naming the blocks after great Latics players of the past....

The Sir Gorden Milne apartments

and of course the Links building would have to be called Jimmy Bullard Tower after the great golfer himself......

Neil I was going to suggest we name the apartments, after the 17 players who kept warriors up this season

Dawn and Charles I would have thought you may have wanted to re name the apartments,to coincide with the 'Safari drinks trail'
