Gary,

The La Tercia Golf site gives a lot of information about the Golf course the only thing that we miss is the lay out of the golf course and the par information of the several holes. Perhaps you can add this information to the site.

The distance of the first 9 holes is available on the UGR site and hopefully we get very soon the information about the second 9 !!

Hi Sonja and Frans,

I will try to get a score card onto the home page. When you say "lay out of the golf course" do you mean the photo of the site model?

Hi Val and Paul,

Glad you liked the pictures i managed to take of La Tercia Real - at this moment it is difficult to get any closer to the property that you can see in the distance as there is a security fence around the site and you can only really take pictures from the sales office.

I have been told that in about 1 months time the 4 show villas will be complete (don't hold your breath tho) and i hope to be able to capture some pictures of the interior if i get the ok from the builder.

This should be quite useful for those of you who have bought a villa on the development as it will be your first glimpse at the 'REAL' thing (bad joke).

Hello Q

We look forward to seeing the photo's of the show villas at La Tercia Real.  It's nice to be able to keep up to date with the progress of our neighbouring developments.

Do you have any info. regarding the Sabinar resort?  We have been keeping an eye open for any snippets of info. regarding this next UGR project, but so far it has proved hard to find.

Bye for now

Val and Paul.

Hi Q,

We have just returned from La Tercia Real and were told by Sonia in the site office that if it had been a Saturday when we visited we could have gone down to the villas and had a look round them, but because it was a weekday and the builders were working it wasn't possible.  i don't know if you could manage to go on a Saturday but if it is possible any photographs posted would be appreciated.

Hi Val,

I saw your post yesterday and had fully planned to call in to La Tercia Real this morning and ask the question re. pictures but the weather is really bad here today. Never got a wink of sleep last night with the wind and rain. We also had a hail storm like ive never seen before !
Bring back the blue skies.

I hope to have more success next Saturday morning which hopefully will be one week nearer to completion of the show villas.

Q.

Hi Q,

Wind, rain and hail, what do you mean?  We are coming over to Spain to get away from all that.  I hope that's it, all done, for the next few years.  We will look forward to your photos whenever you can get there.

Hello Rayval

Not sure why you are having problems uploading images into the photo gallery.  The only thing I can think of is that the images you are trying to upload are too big.  Try downsizing the images before uploading.  There is also a FAQ function on the gallery that may be of assistance to you.

Hope this helps

Val and Paul.

Hi All

The roving reporter Q has been out and about again, take a look at the new pics on the gallery for La Tercia. There are some showing grass on the golf course and also of the area where the next 9 holes of the golf course will be.

Thank you Q

Ray did you manage to sort out the problem with your photo`s, let us know if you are still having a problem.

Hi val & Paul and Dave,
Think you might be right about trying to upload images that are too big as I have had an error message.
Pardon my ignorance but how do I downsize them before uploading.
Thanks for the help.

Hi Rayval,

Uploading photos to a server can be a problem, these days even mobile phones can take 3meg images. These would be a strain on any server. Therefore we restrict the size of image you can successfully upload. I recommend that you try to resize to 800x600 using the software below or any other image processing software you may have.

This piece of software is free and very simple to use,  one good thing about it is that you retain your original image and make a resized copy.

If anyone has encountered problems uploading to the gallery because they were unable to resize their images successfully, then I would recommend this piece of software;

Cheers
