Hi Elizabeth

We were out there for New Year and were informed that they will get better furniture when more people start using the club house.

The chairs and tables they have are tacky and uncomfortable more for using outside the sports bar not even nice enough for outside use at the clubhouse.

regards Val

[font=Verdana]You have to sometimes question UGR's marketing skills.  Surely by furnishing the clubhouse to a higher standard will help attract more users and more importantly potential property purchasers.

Hi All

You have to be a very brave soul ( and we were last night) to actually sit in the Clubhouse for a drink as there is absolutely no heating because, as I have been told, there is insufficient power to the site to enable heating in the Clubhouse!!!  And the electric fire in the fireplace is just a light show - no heat comes from it. So, in the current climate it is somewhat parky sitting on the ultra modern furniture drinking a cup of warming hot chocolate made by Teresa's lovely Dad!

The only consolation in all of this to me is that the Aftersales Department have to huddle in their office with their coats on!!!!!!

Even poor Teresa was wandering around yesterday with coat, hat, scarf - it really was very cold and miserable at La Tercia yesterday but everyone in the bar yesterday was in good spirits (the Dunkirk spirit!!!).

Today the sun came out and it was lovely (for about 4 or 5 hours) and then it got a bit chilly!

I am sure as previous postings have indicated that UGR will of course put in decent furniture and that the furniture in there at the moment is only temporary - as the Four Amigos said - the kitchen they have installed would be worthy of a 5 star hotel so I am sure that they will do an appropriate kit out in the future.

Best to  all and wish we were still there!

Hello,
Can someone tell me if the clubhouse is open on Saturday evening's?
We are planning a fleeting visit next weekend and want to know if we can get a drink on site?

Big gaz, I tried 2 sundays ago to get photos of M22 but got shouted at as i walked to take them by the security person, in jeans and sweatshirt reading the paper, if thats what we are meant to be paying for forget it!!!!!! Anyway out of respect i spoke to said person and he said go to office tomorrow (all in Spanish) So go to office on Monday and what a waste of space Nigel in aftersales is/was, he stated he hasn't been to M22 so doesn't know progress but its nearly finished????..... PATHETIC is all i can say, anyway no photos I'm afraid from me, sorry. Great resort but customer service leaves alot to be desired IMO  Take the money and run...........mmmmmmm...........Sounds much like Polaris World, I expected better from UGR.

Hi
Gary

The photos of the swimming pool on m20 &m22 look fab but it makes ours on m12 look a bit pityful with no paving round the edges just grass.

La Tercia it is quite difficult picking out which is which can you tell from the pictures which one is M20 & which one is M22 as one looks more advanced than the other very good pictures pools look great . Will be out there beginning of May to take a good look for ourself .

                        Cheers  Jim & Rae

Hi Sue and Ian,

I agree, do you think UGR had listened to our feedback and consequently took this course? They do look nice to me, and I guess they are more practical in terms of maintenance. Our pool is looking rather sad with the grass in such poor condition etc.

I really envy the M 20's, with the position of the pool in full sun for most of the day - if you like that kind of thing and in my opinion, the views are better than the Villas have.

Anyone want to do a swap?

Gary
