    Hi ALL,
           I guess im chancing it but here goes. Bought 2 Tee appartments in March 2005, put down 2 deposits off 50,000 each. Now unable to complete on 1, thus do i throw in the towel and let unitedgolf keep my deposit (ive emailed them looking for feedback but they didnt reply) or should i ask if anybody wants to buy my contract for ANYTHING more than nothing i.e anything which would result in them paying 100,000 plus legal fees etc plus what they bought it of me(anything)  RESULTING IN THEM BUYING A PROPERTY FOR AROUND 120,000  IN TOTAL WHICH IS PRESENTLY BEING SOLD BY UNITEDGOLF FOR 186,000.
I have to try everything before i give it up, i hope everyone realises.
