Roda Phase 3 community meeting

Is anyone attending the phase 3 community meeting next week? We can't get over in time. Having read all details of the issues raised in the phase 2 meeting, i am anxious to hear about the charges etc that we will face, when eventually we can move in.  ( we completed 7 weeks ago, but are having major difficulties in relation to snagging and we're meant to be coming over to stay in apartment in 4 weeks, so stressing a bit.)
