I am an owner on La Torre at present and I also own a property on Hacienda but due to circumstances (company having problems all well as having to buy another property in the UK) I need to sell my Hacienda property pronto, I paid over €180k for it and if someone is in a position to move on it quickly I will sell it for €139K (ish).
