Just to try and bring some sort of closure to this matter - you have it on good authority that this ' great deal' or 'bargain giveaway' never really existed. It was an over enthusiastic tele sales clerk working from an old database of prices for several developments.
It goes a bit like this ...
The tele sales company tout for business from old enquiries and then (i guess) sell them or move them on to another independent agent ' as a qualified lead ' for them to be probed at greater length. The client gets a call promising the low prices 'cos thats what the computer says' but then when you get down to the specifics like 'so which apartment exactly are we talking about' suddenly the price goes back to that which is showing on everybody's availability sheet which is delivered to me almost daily by the developer themselves. (this is how i knew the deal was never there).
Granted, it is possible that someone wants to just get rid of a resale before going to notary, even at a loss (and , YES, it is possible to sell on before ever going to the notary - that way you don't even have to pay IVA or VAT on it as you never completed on it).
I tried to bite my tongue for a bit so as not to put my own neck on the line in any way but as it doesn't seem to want to 'lie down' i will attempt to put it to bed and tell you that 'i know for a fact' the deal as it appeared was never there. How do i know this ? well, apart from getting the latest prices and availability daily, i just know....?
I can assure you all that as with the 2 bed Tee Phase 1 '12mth mortgage offer' should any more/new deals come about you will get them here first - with full details and small print .
