Dear All

It is with deep regret that our our planned move has been put on hold for the foreseeable future. We will not be operating a keyholding / cleaning service at UGR La Tercia or living at La Tercia. We know this is short notice, but a few problems have cropped up over Monday afternoon and Tuesday.

Everything is OK so to speak, disappointed but I guess in the end we just bottled out of leaving our daughters and family. Plus a few other issues, anyway the decision has been made, we thought it better to make it now than later when we would have had properties to look after and we would not have wanted to have caused problems for our clients.

I am sure there are other La Tercia owners out there, who would like to operate this kind of service. If any owners are considering operating a keyholding / cleaning service, and would like to contact us, we would be happy to share any information that we have gathered to help you out.

We are still purchasing our property at La Tercia, so we hopefully will still meet up with old and new friends at somepoint in the future

Once again i can only apologise to those owners who contacted us regarding using our services, we are sorry if we have caused you any problems.

Sorry to hear your news Dave as I was looking forward to working with you and we will certainly be looking for reliable key holders to refer

It`s not sunny every day and you can get fed up with sitting in the sun and today is overcast ut people were sunbathing on the beach on Monday & Tuesday

I have lived here for 4 years now and it is a major decision and the key time is normally after 18 months and if people last that long they normally stay

People do not always realise the major difference in the lifestyle and this year, after the birth of our first grandaughter in Jan 2007 we have even had a difficult time but we will see her in the UK for Christmas

The good news is that it looks like you will have a good property to use in the future

                       We are so sorry to hear you are not going to be moving over to Spain on a permanent basis. It must have been a very difficult decision for you. Thank you to everyone for the messages posted on the forum, and also the emails that we have received since we posted the announcement.

Roy and Margaret we will be visiting on a regular basis, i am sure we will be calling in on you to borrow a cup of sugar or something . There must be more M12 Block 9 owners out there besides us .

Just a case of waiting for those completion dates to come through now.

Happy New year to all.

We have just arrived back from the UK.  The weather here is lovely at the moment, lets hope it continues now for the completions on UGR for the next few months.

Following on from emails we have received last year would anyone who requested downlights, lock changes, safes etc and any other works that are required post completion, please PM your requirements so we can give you firm quotations.

Also after correspondence with Dave regarding his move to Spain, we are happy to offer our services of looking after anyone's property along the same lines as was offered by Dave and Eileen.  If anyone would like to meet up to discuss this then please PM us also.

   We delighted to hear that you are prepared to take over as keyholders etc,we are definitely interested 
   in the service!!!.                                                                                                                                                                                       
   Also I would like a quotation on :fitting of a safe ,changing of the lock on the entrance door to our
   apartment,and also a separate quote for some spotlights in the living room and the hall way leading to
   the bedrooms.We most definitely need the safe and the lock change ,but spotlights may have to be 
   put on the back burner ,(depending on price.)
