Polaris World Announce Fees for Nicklaus Golf Trail in Murcia, Spain
Polaris World have announced the golf fees for the Nicklaus Golf Trail for 2008. With four golf courses open at resorts in Murcia, Spain and several more planned in the region, Polaris World have unveiled a new 25-year "Right to Play".
Designed to provide maximum enjoyment of the exclusive Nicklaus Golf Trail the Right to Play costs 24,000 Euros for a single member with discounts available for owners of property at Polaris World.
The Right to Play is transferable and can be sold on providing a potential profit for investors. There are four further courses planned on the Nicklaus Golf Trail so the offering gets better over the coming years potentially adding to the value of the debenture.
Three of these courses, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course and two "Bear's Best" courses are planned at the resort of Condado de Alhama set to become one of the largest glf resorts in Europe.
The four courses open (by 2008), Mar Menor, La Torre and El Valle with Hacienda Riquelme due to open in January 2008 are all within a 25km radius.

Booking preference on all the Nicklaus Golf Trail courses

All players who purchase their Right to Play before the 31st March 2008 will also benefit from the following:
20% off the Right to Play: clients can join the Nicklaus Golf Trail club for only 19,200 Euros.
Free green fees during the first 2 years
Free driving range (including balls) and manual golf trolleys.
10 free green fees for guests (18 holes) over 5 years.
Free beginners or improvers course
Free Polaris World Club card.
In addition to the Right to Play option Polaris World have revealed their fees for 2008.
Fees for 18 holes of golf on the Nicklaus Golf Trail at Polaris World are as follows:

La Torre Resort: 80 Euros
El Valle Resort: 90 Euros
Hacienda Riquelme Resort: 80 Euros

Any comments on these fees, they seem rather expensive to me. Does anyone think P.W are pricing themselves out of the range of the P.W residents, P.W. owners and also the local golfers?
