For those who have completed on HR,  do you know what the 'community' charges will be?  They have been pretty vague to date,  and it would be nice to know what we are in for?

How did you find the snagging?  minor?  or more serious defects?   do they provide a full check list for you to go over with them?  or is it all in spanish?  We want to be prepared when we go!

Also,  has anyone actually been able to move in yet,  with utilities up and running?

We signed up for our apartment in phase 4 in january 2005,  so it's been a long time coming, and we just hope that it's all we've been waiting for!
all info gratefully received, and when we complete,  I'll be able to post my experiences here too!
Great site Dave!

we have just returned from P/W H/R
There was a meeting about community charges whilst we were there and an election of presidents one for each block     P/W have handed over the maintenance of the site to a management company, it was asked at the meeting why P/W had not had quotes from different companies to do they work but there was no ans to that, thus the high cost of community charges.
I am not so sure about this arrangement but we will have to wait and see
we have a 2 bed apt and have been informed that our community charge would be approx 1,600 euro per yr, they will all be back dated from January 08
