Hi everyone,HELP REQUIRED

Just been reading through "Questions to UGC" from some time ago, and in answer to a question concerning the change of colour for the kitchen cabinets to a dark brown,UGC referred us to their website and then into united design. We think that there must be more than one website as we have been regularly checking into www.unitedgolfresorts.com ( this is very poor as it still doesn't have the news section up and running after nearly a year it just says it will be available shortly!! )and there certainly isn't a section to do with united design.Does anyone have any other information to do with this, or are we,as internet and computer beginners missing the point somewhere?The suspense is killing us 'cos we have to wait another seven weeks before we can get out there!!!

We have uploaded that picture to show the colour of the tiles in the kitchen and the colour of the marble for the rest of the apartment.

The shown kitchen is in a villa, i am not sure if these will be placed in the apartments.

Hi All

We are making another return visit to the development tomorrow ( the car is now on automatic pilot)   we will ask the question regarding the updating of the UGR website. Although Teresa did say that UGR, are still trying to find someone to manage the aftersales dept.

Anyway hopefully between all the owners that have just returned and all the owners that have yet to make a visit to the development, all our questions and queries will be resolved and we will have all the up to date information and photos on our forum   .

From what I remember she said that the kitchen units were being replaced but did not know what colour they were going to be. I personally like the style in the villa.

It is raining all the time in Holland and the courses are very wet and at this time the courses are not qualifying so I cannot work at my handicap.

We agree with you that the style of the shown kitchen in the villa is very well, we hope that they will be placed in the apartments.

Thanks for clearing this up.  Gary, we too like the look of the new kitchen and hope UGR now stick with these colours.  Must admit when we first heard about them using dark brown cupboard doors we were a little worried.

We have a couple of questions.

1. What type of retail units, will there be at the commercial centre.

2. When will construction start, on the commercial centre.

3. Any news on the golf management company, also any news regarding the green fees etc.

4. If possible could ask UGR for the name of the company that will be the Comunidad Administrators.

Just had a reply from Michel which was as follows:  Thank you very much for your e-mail. First I would like to apologize for responding so late but I haven’t been able to enter to my e-mail account for about a month. The spotlights in the show apartments are only fitted to have light in the showhomes. And therefore they will NOT be fitted in the actual apartments. The same thing happens with the distribution of the power points in the kitchen. The lay out in the kitchen in the show home is just an example and at this stage I´m not sure how the definite lay out will be. Regarding to your questions about the bathrooms, the bathrooms in the first phase apartments are being fitted at this moment and we can´t apply any changes.
