Hi Neil and Marg

Life is a lot slower pace for us, and takes a bit of getting used to.  As I ran my own business the phone was always ringing, so a bit of piece is lovely.  Finding work needs to be done from word of mouth or you need to go looking for it.  The weather is great, though it rained nearly all day yesterday.  The sun is up to day which makes a lot of difference to what you can do.  Money goes further, so eating out etc can be done on a more frequent basis.  As we are only six weeks in at the moment, things are still new so we will see how we feel next year after things have settled down.  Looking forward to completing on UGR so we can settle in our own house.

Thanks for asking, will keep you posted.

Hi Jon & Sarah,

Thank you for all your information and keeping us informed.

We are interested in having 'downlights' in our Tee Apartment, also a safe would be handy.  If you could count us in when getting quotes that would be helpful.

Many Thanks
Jon & Mandy.

Hi  Niel and Marg,

Weather was alright, first five days were warm and sunny rain/mixed sun/clouds for Thursday and Friday, but still warm and Saturday, just as we left looked to be a good'un. Photos should appear about wednesday-hopefully, son-in-law who's a "billy wiz"  is on the case!! Our cable and disc for loading onto the computer has done a runner in the packing, it may not turn up until we move in. We're on pins waiting for an e-mail from Theresa for our completion date, hopefully 4th Feb!!!! ;D ;D Jon and Sarah, are on the same list .....watch this space.....!!

Hi All

Been to site today.  Only news is that the Villas on the 2nd line now have pedestrian access at the front and rear, so as to allow access to the commercial center without having to walk to the end of the road.  The grass is growing slowly. There are signs of grass on the banks of the driving range.  No firm dates on completion yet or as regards  the commercial area.

Will post again soon.

Hi Everyone.

Went to site on Sunday.  The temperature gauge showed 26 degrees Celsius on the car so the site looked amazing in the sunshine.  The grass on the golf course is really growing now.  The banks that were bare a few weeks ago are now starting to fill in.  The soft groundworks are also taking place and the roads had been cleaned so the site was really looking good.  Sets of steps are now being installed on the large wall in front of the snake allowing access to the sports and social area.  The swimming pool in this area has also been tiled.
Will post again shortly as things are sure to be moving at quite a pace over the next couple of weeks.

Hi Everyone

Been to site today.  The road from Balsicas to UGR is now shut for the new road works that are taking place outside the resort.  You can only get to the end of the Lemon groves from this direction.  We have been told this may be like this for the next 4 months.  Access to the site can now be made from the other entrance, which you now have to drive through the site to get to the site office.  No problem with access to the Villas, Appartments now as you have to drive past them to get to the office.  If anyone is visiting over this period you need to come in from La Tercia village direction.  The resort is still progressing well.  Looking forward to the New Year.

We are back to the UK for Xmas, so will post when back in January.
