Hi, thanks for adding Condado de Alhama to the forum. Really interesting reading so far across the threads for so many other developments. Condado has had many new releases this year so hopefully plenty of people will want to share and discuss their experiences.

We'll be glad to comment on the various features of the resort. It sounds as though it is going to be enormous- size of 500 football pitches apparentley. Our main reason for purchase is going to be the golf and the apartments are such a good price for a holiday home especially with all the fixtures, fittings and facilities. What we saw on the inspection trip appeared to be really good quality so we have to hope thats followed through on the Condado properties. Our travels through the area suggested that plenty of other Murcia golf courses are of a really high standard so my husband is really looking forward to getting out there-mind you he'll need a partner as I dont play.
