Sale of land

Anyone have any more information on sale of land at UGR sounds like a boost to site finances!

I agree, but who has bought it and where exactly is the land which has been sold.

Any ideas what will be built on said land. Lets hope they don't build a cement works on it lol

Your President will have more info but the land which has been sold belonged to the developer and is up near the Nueva Condomina Commercial Centre. Admiburgos  sent out an email which all owners should have received on Tuesday.  The land was sold for €840,605.07 but there are fees etc to be deducted so approx €500,000 + should eventually find its way to the Community fund.  If you as an owner have not received the email best to get in touch with either your President or Admiburgos. Hope this info helps.

It's good news for the community. The site is up near the shopping centre near Murcia, not at UGR.
Let's hope we can sell some more of the developer's land to pay for his debts!
