Hi Ray and Val,
Absolutely a trolley I cant carry clubs in that heat!! Jemma also has a trolley, I'm just hoping she has learnt to drive it for our next round!! (Dont tell her I said that!!)
As novice golfers are we likely to lose many balls on the course?

Richard

Hi Richard,
You will, without doubt, lose plenty of balls but on the plus side you will probably find a good few of mine.

Hi Richard,
To date I have taken most of my stuff over from the UK, but there is a decent size golf discount store on the industrial estate, just over the C3319 on the way to Roldan (on the same estate as the Jaipur Palace)

Dear All

Not by choice we arrived back from La Tercia last night.  The weather was scorchio and there seems to be plenty of activity on the Club House (which is looking very good), Commercial Centre and Sports Centre.  The Spar shop as you can see from one of the photographs is serving its purpose.

Needless to say the snags that have been outstanding since March have still not been completed   They had attempted some one of which they have had the floor tiles in the lounge cleaned there was a round mark on the tiles which has come off.  Ray joined the queue of people waiting to see John Beirne and yet again we were told they would get done.

A lot of people not very happy with the so called tranquil garden which replaces a swimming pool in front of M11.  The grassed area's around the pool are not very level.  The seem to be tidying up the Local authority areas by planting trees, grass seeds and putting fences around them.  Not many street lights on around the site.    Apparently only gardeners and pool attendants working during August.  Air con working fine still generators all around the site not sure when the electric is getting put in.

Overall we are very pleased with what we have purchased and looking forward to our next visit.

Regards Val

Hi all. This is to advise golfers that the highly successful Thursday PM golf has been moved back an hour to 5pm start in view of the blistering hot weather. This is  available to any golfing resident or visitor and after the nine holes played there may be , of course, the customary liquid refreshment as it is important to rehydrate !!
