Hi Big Gaz,

If I may answer your question, there are 122 members registered to the forum that are known to be La Tercia owners. These are just the ones we know of, there are probably a few more that...I reckon that represents about one fifth of the first phase owners, which is not bad.

We have constantly worked to be present on the web, so people can find us. Although we have a relationship with UGR, they as a business will not promote our presence.

We are certainly being seen out there, last month we served well over a million hits and we needed to expand our bandwidth due to the site being used so much!

Hi Big Gaz,

Hopefully more La Tercia owners will start to post on the forum, as we near 1st phase completions.

Once phase 1 owners start to take over the development, we will be able to inform other 1st and 2nd phase owners of the forum and all it has to offer.

I hope you find your neighbours soon Start to worry about being sad, when you can see the number of days you have been logged in to the forum appear at the top of the page

   Looking at your apartment location info it turns out we are neighbours as we are M12 B11 NO,8,so there are at least three apartments that we now know the owners ,it is a shame you were not able to attend some of our "get togethers" last year as it would have been good to meet you being from the same block.
  Right i must sign off as i have to finish packing as we are flying out to MURCIA tomorrow for 9 days.

No3.  Dave and Jackie Fisher  Have been reading the forum comments over the last weeks
with interest.  We bought a property through MRI last April so do know how they operate
(if that's what you want to call it!!)

I have been reading comments on this forum over the last months with big interest, and would also like to get my account upgraded to view the comunidad board.
I have bought an apartment together with my friend and his farther (Henrik og Anders Musaeus). The apartment is in M12 and it's block 11 apartment 15.
We are from Denmark
