La Tercia owners please read

Hello Everyone,

Over the last few weeks and particularly at Coventry the subject of community charges has been discussed.
 
This is an issue that needs to be discussed and viewed privately by all of those affected.
To that end, a private board, called "La Tercia Comunidad" has been set up and resides at the top of the boards list.

“Why can’t I see it?” Access will be limited to those people that are known owners on La Tercia. No other guest or member can view the content of this board.

Dave and I over the next couple of days will reset the accounts of people we know are owners, this will give you access to the board. If we miss you, please do contact us so we may add you to the discussion.

We are starting to today to update the accounts of people we know are owners, this then will give you access to the new board.

The community board is a separate discussion board, once we have reset your account the board will be the top board on the forums home page. You will have to sign into the forum,  to view the community board only UGR owners will be able to post or view the La Tercia Comunidad board.

If you are a UGR owner and you do not have the community board, please do contact us we can then update your account with the correct settings.

Hi Mick and Catherine,

You are already in the La Tercia owner’s membergroup. Therefore, when you are logged into the forum you are able to see a board called "La Tercia Comunidad." This is the only  board unique to La Tercia owners at present.

Although we have been aware of this site for a while, this is the first time we've posted any messages.

Just wondering if any of you know if there will be many residents at La Tercia Golf?  We will have an apartment in M12, Block 11, No. 14.

Welcome to the best site, and future peace of mind, that,s what we,ve found. We will be permanent residents as soon as they will let us through those gates!! We,ve bought a ground floor apartment in the masters building on M11 block 3 and Malc is looking for as many golfing partners as possible, and December can't come soon enough, will you be coming to coventry in september?

We are hoping to be permanent residents too, plan is to give it a trial run for 6 months, am sure we will be staying though :-).

Luis hasn't played golf for a year but can't wait to get back in to it so good to hear Malc is looking for partners.

We hope to be moving to Spain in September, as our 2 boys are starting School at Kings College on La Torre.  We will be living full time at UGR, hopefully in Dec 07.  We are also keen to get on the new course.

Hello Paul & Sara & family,
Good to hear from someone in our block, but sadly we will be temporary neighbours as we originally bought this apartment as a holiday home with friends.  Jason will be joining us in September so you will also be able to meet him too.

We've been really impressed with the project so far so we have bought another apartment on phase II as a permanent home so we still wont be that far away
