Divorse and unemployment in UK

Hi I am in a tricky situation of separating from my wife and having lost my employment in the u.k now I have to contact the Bank(CAM BANK) to hand over the keys of my apartment due no funds apart from a few thousands in my cam bank account.I am asking if anyone out there has the telephone numbers or e'mail address of the utilities so I can take readings and pay the bills so when I have a meeting with the bank on or just after the 20th December next I can give them the keys with no outstanding bill needed to pay.

Is this the right way of giving up my apartment or is it different in Spain.

Type "DACION EN PAGO" in to google on the internet, i`am thinking this is what you are intending to carry out with the Bank. It would be adviseable for you to speak with a lawyer.

we are in similar situation. Having spoken to the bank they won't just take keys back.. totally inflexible and just say we must pay
