Ryder Cup players please put the folowing dates in your diary - June 22nd, 23rd and 24th - 2012.

Flights have been out for some weeks now and Tim (West Captain 2012) and myself have already booked.

We just cant wait to beat those Essex boys again.....

Looking forward to seeing everyone who played last year and anyone else who would like to join in. However, numbers will be limited, so book early!

Yeah we are booking our flights too for the ryder, chippy & i are bringing the girls over to, that might do us a favor, & stop us staying out till 4 am then we"ll be in better condition to re take the ryder

Its deja vu again, next years ryder lands on engand playing in a major comp again (the euros)
Fingers crossed but i wont be as cocky this time, iv learnt my lesson, hopefully your lot  make it too, , least if the scottish are there we wont be the worst team

       i will be out to watch your engerland make a fool of themselves again! but i hope scotland don't make it cause as you say we will probably get a doing from everybody. anyway as for the ryder cup as you know the club championship is on at our club at the same time  so i will be strugling to get anybody over at that time.

What are your views on what courses we should play? Did you rate Las Colinas or Campoamor from our November trip?

Hi Gary,
Just booked my flights for the Ryder last night, looking forward to meeting up with all the lads again for another great weekend of golf, laughs and a few beers. It just seems to get better year on year and with the Euros in the background what more could we ask for.
Luis, Rob and I had the chance to play Las Terrazzas de la Torre ( also known by another name) last week and although it is a really good course and endorsed by a few people, did not make the top three for me. We are spoilt for choice though.
It would be interesting to see which courses people would nominate as their favourites to play in the Ryder and maybe we could have some sort of vote. Obviously it also depends on what deals we can get.
Are you out for Easter ?

As you say it could be an idea to have some kind of vote as to which courses we play.

I've heard a few others say the same about Las Terrazzas, the course is called Saurines de la Torre for some reason.

When are you out at Easter, the week before, for the weekend or the week after? Or the whole month!

Re the courses, two courses i would say would be campoarmor, & las colinas, as for the 3rd? well to support the site, maybe La Tercia? if not our old favorite lo romero but the club house lets it down for the ryder, maybe hacieda riquelme, and hopefully the outside bar would be open? and it would be local if peolpe wanted to fly home the sunday? oh just remembered do we have to arrange the games round the engerland games? but to be honest after playing so many recently we are spoilt for choice, not sure its for the ryder but the course jimmy g booked for us (Alto Real) was great value for money, and another great course

La Romero i love , Campomar  great, have you considered Le Ramblas next to Campomr only been to club house which was very nice?
