Swallow and Pest Watch

Just so people are know the swallows are back nesting and making the normal mess on some properties

They like properties above ground floor level and build the nests mainly from insect carcases so u should ask any neighbours or your property managers to look out as if you can catch them early enough you can stop them by putting tin foil up temporally in the area that they want to build the nest in.

Also we have lots of caterpillars around, again nest building and they secrete a yellow foam which, along with their hairs is an irritant to skin so watch the children around these

Normally you can just wash there off and then clean down with a mild disinfectant
