« on: February 08, 2007, 06:52:48 AM »
Welcome to this new board on the Murcia-Golf Forum.

Please feel free to post your views and news on the Hacienda Riquelme Development. Please share your thoughts regarding the golf course, the standard of the properties, the setting of the Resort, and anything else you care to discuss.

You will see from the postings on the United Golf La Tercia Board that our members display a keen interest in the progress of their investment properties with a wide variety of topics discussed and we hope that you will do the same for the Hacienda Riquelme Development

We also have a fantastic picture gallery - so please feel free to upload and share all of your pictures of the Hacienda Riquelme Development

Again, welcome to the Forum.

Hola El Moufo

Welcome to the Murcia-golf forum, I hope you can make use of the HR discussion board. Maybe we will see more HR owners joining you soon.

Do tell us a little about your development, always good to hear from owners from the neighbouring developments.

Hasta luego
Dave

I uploaded some pictures of HR but there was no option to put them in the Hacienda Riquelme album so meantime I put them under Murcia City. Please see if you can transfer them. Many thanks.

Thanks. I put some more on but the server started playing up and one ended up there twice... Ooops. Please delete.
Did I read somewhere you bought on La Torre? The photos come from the Polaris World website where we can see the construction progress. The latest were taken in December but if anyone is in the area and has any to post, that'd be cool!

Hello El Moufo

Great to see a new member from another development joining the Forum.  We look forward to hearing about the progress of your development, and hope others from there will join us soon.  We will be over in Spain next month, so if time permits we will try and take some photo's for you.

Bye for now

Val and Paul.

Hi,

I was just looking at the photos of Hacienda Riquelme on the gallery, it looks brilliant…nice idea about just having three storey properties to.
The golf course looks quite mature, I didn’t realise the site was so far advanced. There’s more sand in those bunkers than on La Manga beach!
When is the first phase due for completion?

If you have problems uploading images it’s usually because they are to large for our server to accept, just try resizing first…

Very nice pictures. :)

Thanks. The first phases should be ready before the summer, the rest second half of the year. I don't want to sound like I'm blowing my own trumpet here but it should be a fantastic resort! What I like is the low build density. It is evident when you look at it from the sky and compare it to other resorts with rows and rows of houses and appartments... At Hacienda Riquelme, all appartments overlook the golf course. Other places we looked at were just concrete jungles, not for me thank you. Each to their own.  ;)

Hi,

I have just found this site and it is great to see so many photos of the Hacienda.  We are buying in Phase 1 on HR, so we're now eagerly awaiting the call from Polaris to say that they are ready to complete.....?  Hope it won't be much longer!

We last visited the site in October, so apart from the aerial photos on PW's web site we have seen nothing more up to date until now.

Incidentally, we too were impressed by the low build density compared with other developments - that, and the lovely old Hacienda, was what did it for us!

Good to make contact with other like minded people........... see you there?

Hi Viv and David,

Welcome to a great web-site.

Do either or both of you play golf? We were thinking it would be good to set up reciprocal visits to each other's courses, and also to get a good community feel between the neighbouring golf resorts. Have you considered joining us for our get together at Coventry?

Kind regards.

Malc and Jane ;D ;D

Welcome to the Forum

And never mind the golf!   does anyone play bridge?  Allan and I are looking for some more people to make up 4's - I think that it would be great to have reciiprocal entertaining - and look forward to meeting  up especially if you would like to come to Coventry.  If you are interested, then I am sure Dave will supply you with details.

Kind regards
Sandra

Hi and thanks for the welcome!

Sorry Malcolm & Jane, but neither of us play golf at present, although we will probably try to learn ......it would be a shame not to be able to use the course we will be looking at from our terrace!

As we have only just found the Forum, we know nothing of any meetings in Coventry ......... think I'll just spend a little time browsing around the site to wee what I can find.

Cheers, Viv & David
