La Tercia Social Event 2010

Hi All,

There has been some enquiries as to whether there will be another owners party/golf comp this year.

No one has stepped forward to take on the responsibility of organising this years event and time is running out. Therefore we have started to put a few ideas together but wont have any details for a couple of weeks.

Meantime we have decided to start a poll to find out what would be your favoured date for a party, should it take place.

We are suggesting September again in the hope that the weather will be more favourable. Please would you indicate your preferred date in the poll and I will post more information as soon as I have it.

For various reasons its not possible to hold a party on the scale of last years. Therefore Jose and Paco have been asked to provide the Casa Club on site for the evening of the 25th September.
 
They have agreed that they will provide food ( buffet ) and entertainment and the cost is expected to be 8-8.5 Euro per person.
 
The numbers are limited to 130 and you don't need to pay until the night. However, in order for us not to exceed this number we will collect names of those who wish to attend.
 
We will also hold a Golf Comp on the day if the course is available.
 
So, would you like to go? Either post your names into this thread, PM or email me and I will keep you informed if we near our maximum limit able to attend.
