Hi Everyone

We are new to Forums and buying property abroad!!
We have recently purchased an apartment on M12 Block 17 Phase 1 and our completion date is June 2008.  Has anyone else out there purchased an apartment in the same block?

Hi Linda and Andy,

Welcome to the forum, and the community of La Tercia :D

Quite a great deal of information on the forum, for you to look through regarding UGR La Tercia. We will update your account to include the La Tercia Communidad board, this is a private board for UGR owners. You need to be signed into the forum to view or post to this board.

Enjoy the forum, any questions you have just post on the forum someone will try and help you out.

Will this be a holiday home or are you relocating to live at La Tercia?

I hope you find your neighbours.

Dave

Hi Dave

Thanks, we are finding the forum very informative.  Our apartment will be a holiday home initially until our youngest son completes his education but we hope to relocate in a couple of years!

Hi Andy & Linda

Welcome from us also.

We originally had an apartment in M12 B17 but we decided to change it for a tee. Wonder if it was ours ???

Hi Bob

I have mentioned in a previous posting somewhere that when I first purchased in July 2006 I went with my son.(He had just left Price Waterhouse and we thought he could use his business head)
When Richard and I visited in Sept. '06 and Richard saw the development for the first time he decided that he wanted the tee apartment. Having sent me with our son and a budget he then wanted to blow it when he saw the tee.
It was just right place right time as we wanted a penthouse tee and someone with a penthouse tee wanted to change to a villa. After a great deal of deliberation they agreed. We had only just signed the contract. This was before building was underway and it was a one off. Just lucky.

Trish

Hi Linda and Andy,

Looks like weŽll be neighbours as weŽre no.11 in M12 Block 17. As weŽre over here in Spain, weŽve been to check out the site and are pleased to announce that we have a great view out across to the mountains. WeŽve been informed today that completion at our end is scheduled for around May or June although if requested, they will do their best to fit in an earlier date. They are compiling lists of everyone who prefers an earlier completion, and letters to that effect are going out shortly.

Hi All, not sure where to post this one,

Found this good piece of software from the IKEA website, lets you design your room etc
and see how they might look with IKEA furniture. Worth a look if your buying things from IKEA and seeing if they fit, especially in our 2nd bedroom which is a bit small.

Hope this helps
Richard
