Phase 2, Swing (type B) 2bed/2shower FOR SALE

Hi Forum members,

It is with a very heavy heart and a great deal of regret...this was to be my retirement pad, that circumstances completely outwith my (and all of our) control have meant that I am unable to proceed with the purchase of the Swing apartment on Phase 2, top floor. Due to be completed July/August 2009.

I have juggled things every which way in the hope of completing, even bought some furniture! but the huge down turn in Sterling/Euro is far more severe than I had anticipated ever happening and to add to this the banks position in relation to available mortgages it makes it impossible for me to complete.

I would be interested to hear from anyone interested in taking over the purchase (25% has been paid).

A huge discount will be applied on the 25% I've already paid.  Full cost of the apartment which I 'bought' in March 2007 is 137,550 Euros...

Hi Everybody

I have heard a lot about this website but only just got round to registering formally.

My wife and I bought a 1st floor Swing in May 2007 on Phase 2, ready for completion in July 2009. Like many others, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to complete in the summer so with a purchase price of €127,050, we are looking at any sensible offers to take the property on.

For those who know the resort it is M20-Bloque 3-1st floor, looking straight onto the 4th green. If anybody out there would like to discuss this, e mail me on terrybevan2003@yahoo.co.uk and we can chat.

To all the people who have bought, the resort is superb with exceptional quality and a 'testing' golf course (50+ is my best round), I wish you all the very best.

Hi readers,

As with alot of people we are in the same situation we want to sell our contract we have paid a huge deposit of 25%. We would love to keep this property but it seems unlikely that we will be able to get a mortgage the way things are at the minute. We where over at United Golf just last week and the apartment is finished and its really beautiful. The grounds are emulate and everything is finished off very well.
