The Paramount Park and Lifestyle centre is getting closer to reality, following the reclassification of the land in Alhama from agricultural to buildable by the Town Hall in Alhama. Following this reclassification Premusa, the development and construction company headed by Jesus Samper, have agreed to make a transfer in the amount of €16 million for the land on February the 7th.
