bank charges

hi all,

 just wondering if anyone can help on a charge to my bank account. the name "RECIBO EMUASA" and a payment of 190 euro was taken from my account, not sure but is this for the water connection ? if not don't no what it can be. can anyone help ?

Jimmy & Mandy, you are right the bank charge will be for your water connection and your water usage. If I remember correctly it is approx €180.00 to contract with Aguas De Murcia

RECIBO = receipt,  EMUASA = Aguas de Murcia  (water company )

If you contact Carmen Martinez 00 34 968-278 008 or email aguas@emuasa.es, you can arrange for your water bill invoice to be emailed to you.

For those who receive paper Water Bills from Aguas de Murcia you can now see/download your bills via their online office.

Click on the link below:

https://www.aguasdemurcia.com/

Then click on: Solicitar Acceso (Request Access)
Fill in your details and they will send you an e-mail with log on details.

Simples !!

No, there isn't a English version to click on but all your bills are displayed in a .pdf format where you can download to your PC, the same info you would receive in paper format in your letter box at LT.
You can opt for just electronic billing so not receiving the paper bill.

If you need to translate I just use the basic google translator by copying and pasting into:

http://translate.google.co.uk/#es|en|

Having all my Utility bills (Electric, Gas & Water) managed by online office (Iberdrola, HC Energia & Aguas de Murcia) and not being a permanent resident this option enables me to keep upto date with all my utility bills.
