Looking to Sell Apartment

Wonder if anyone can point us in the right direction?  We are looking to sell our three bed first floor green apartment(Phase 1), fully furnished to the highest standard.  Not sure where to begin.  Has anyone else had apartment valued and put up for sale and who did you use?  Thanks in advance

We currently have our 3 bed ground floor green on the market. We advertised through www.1casa.com They have a free fone number 0800 081 1939 and the guy is called Terry. If you leave a message on his web page he will contact you. I have found him 'down to earth and honest' in his opinion of the Spanish market. He will give it to you straight even if it's not really what you want to hear! When I gave him our brief details over the phone he told me what  I had paid for it and the exchange rate I would have enjoyed at the time of purchase. He was spot on!

Just wondered if you have managed to get an Estate Agent on board with your sale. We have not had a sniff of any interest and would like to hear from anyone who has successfully sold on UGR.
