Due to change in personal circumstances I have a ground floor 3 bed 2 bath “Green” apartment on phase 2 for sale. (Or contract, whatever way you look at it? 30% deposit paid)  I am and was not in this for speculation or “flipping”, the intention was to live there permanently but looks like the dream is fading away. Sorry to hear your story. Unfortuately, I am now in a similar position with a Green Apt. Have you managed to sell yours on and if so did you do through a Spanish Agent? Can you recommed?
