Like many I cannot complete of 2 apartments which I paid the deposit on in 2007. I was more of a victim of MRI Overseas Property which lost the funds on other properties and a false projection to obtain mortgages which should have been available to complete on these.
These two apartments are the Swing type in Fase 2, Block 20, B6, no 14 and no 15 on the 2nd floor due for completion July 2009 so are finished and ready for occupation.
I have reduce both by 15,000 euros so will make a loss, No14 is now 110,000 euros plus tax and No15, 115,000 euros plus tax. If anyone is interested then here is my email address,
