This sounds to be a good idea and one worth trying at least. As you know, we have just returned from Roda and we witnessed groups of Spanish wandering into our pool area on Phase 2, settling down by the pool in the early evening and having a very relaxing time using facilities paid for by a select few owners! As we were on our balcony and they weren't actually doing any harm, we didn't challenge them and they eventually got in their cars and drove off. This is galling to say the least, but as the perimeter of Roda is public right of way I can see this happening more as word gets out how nice our pool areas are. We knew they weren't owners but felt pretty powerless to eject them, my question is therefore, if wristbands are to be used to identify who is and isn't entitled to use our facilities, how will this be enforced? That said, La Torre have obviously used the system to good effect and the extra 400,000 euros unpaid debts collected shows there is a way to make people pay up - it would be wonderful if we could have the same success.
