Report after returning from the La Tercia front line

After speaking with many La Tercia residents, and hearing their views all i can say is that the La Tercia community spirit is alive and kicking

Has was mentioned on numerous occasions we are all 1 community, everyone is welcome to join in the social scene etc.
The security barriers are in operation and manned both ends and vehicles being stopped ( well i was stopped, perhaps looked like a dodgy character to the guards

) and the guards where wearing company uniforms which created a good security presence. This being the original security company, i thought it was a great improvement from earlier visits.
For you phase 2 `ers your pools are filled, and the area is looking great
For those on phase 1, who seem to be having problems with your utilities, try contacting your lawyer or make the call yourselves to the relevant companies. Iberdrola and Aguas De Murcia have English speaking staff, Gas Natural are a little difficult to speak with if your Spanish is not to good. You can find all the information on the forum by using the search button.
Your Spanish will improve which is another positive, if like me you spent 3 hrs in and out of different depts of the Ayuntamiento de Murcia, trying to find out why we had not received our IBI bill. I must say that each dept was very helpful and understanding, and i got there in the end so another plus
Spoke with our 12.1 president, which was very informative and glad we finally had the chat keep up the good work

.
The place is looking great and outstanding snagging jobs are being undertaken, perhaps people expected all the development to be completed with no problems. If this was the case perhaps it would have been better to have purchased at an established development, i am sure that La Tercia can only get better in the coming years.
Counting down again to the next visit.
